For me, it was also my first experience with voyeurism. I lived in a highrise dorm which faced a similar tower about 20 feet away. I noticed it sometime during the fall semester, that one of the rooms about 3 floors down from mine had their blinds shut but I could still see in. Basically, the girl who lived in this particular single had turned her blinds upwards but it lead to me being able to see down at an angle into the room. That night I noticed that she would change in her room every night, and had pretty big tits (I would guess around a 36C Bra).

The next day I went down to ground level and looked up at her room, and from there, it definitely looked like the window blidns were closed, probably due to their angle.

So each night I was around (college life is pretty busy), I would look down at her room and inevidably she would change right in my view. I visited a neighbor’s room and looked down one night and found that you were unable to see her from an angle either, but I didn’t let my neighbors know about it. So basically, this girl was giving me a private show each night.

I eventually even found out who it was that lived there through some detective work, and even met her once, though I never said anything.
That was the first time I saw something I shouldn’t.
